We also know that Mental ill health is responsible for approx. 72 million working days lost and costs £34.9 billion each year (according to MHFA England)
In addition to being a coach I have trained as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Mental Health First Aider so I’m well placed to spot the signs of someone struggling.
Having suffered my own catastrophic loss of a loved one, I understand and can empathise with the pressures life sometimes places on our emotional elasticity, including the decline in someone’s Mental Health. I can provide support, guidance and therapy through Mindset Matters coaching and mentoring.
